With all the engineer’s and intelligent people we have i cant believe that we don’t have a way to suck-absorb-capture that lose oil floating in the ocean. WE need to get our own oil reserves and stop giving money to country’s that want to kill us. Hey strictly buy from Bahrain and Saudi and no one else. That would be the way to go.
