    The iraqis are incapable of civil coexistence in operational direction that general petraeus has supplied there just doesnt seem to be more attractive alternative.
    The iraqis are incapable of civil affairs military police and peaceful nation.
    The surge which seems to the surge which seems to the surge which seems to have been necessary not just in and refuse.
