Sending homemade cookies to Iraq?

I’m planning to bake some cookies and other slices to my boyfriend who is in Iraq at the moment. What is the best way to package these to ensure they arrive safely and still fresh?

    put your cookies in a cookie tin, and they will stay intact, I have sent them over there, and they got there with no problem, but you have to pack them in the box real good.

    My packages are arriving in 78 days right now that is bubble wrap goes down first then bubble wrap the post office they do not.
    My husband says that when layer of cookies then layer of bubble wrap they ship priority and you need anything else let me know good luck.
