What are some good items to send a woman stationed it Iraq?

Jilly Bean asked:

My friend is over in Iraq and I just wanted to send her a small care package to let her know I am thinking about her and I can’t think if anything to get. I am sending chapstick and magazines, but I need more ideas! Thanks!

She would probably like some name-brand feminine hygiene products (as opposed to generic government issue stuff).

    gum
    Kool-Aid
    notepad/pens
    a good book

BABY WIPES! BABY WIPES! And more baby wipes!!!!

They don’t get to shower that often and the baby wipes help the soldiers feel a little fresher. Caned fruit cups, Kool-Aide (with sugar already in it), tons of photos and letters.
