Why doesn’t President Bush and VP Cheney have to answer for their criminal negligence in the Iraq war?

I think that President Bush and the entire Bush administration should be held liable for all the damage caused by the Iraq war. Everybody else has to pay for damage done by their negligence. They should be guilty of wrongful death for all the men and women killed in the war as a result of false statements and claims. Soldiers are being prosecuted for killing Iraqis that appeared to be a danger to the troops. Hell, they are being prosecuted for “embarrassing ” the enemy.

The numerous missions and bitch and sent against their will those were ok because they were secret and he never formally.
Best of luck PROVING the president is negligent. There is no recourse however unless the legislative body moves to impeach and remove. If that happens the Supreme Court has SOLE power to decide on if a crime was committed and if that crime deserves prosecution. This methodology was put in place to keep our government stable, it is called checks and balances.
what are you talking about? what negligence? as far as soldiers being prosecuted.. i agree, but that’s NOT the fault of Bush or Cheney.. blame the liberal dogs who seek out instances such as those and go on a witch hunt for no other reason than to gain political points with the general public.. blame the liberal media for airing the “embarrassing” photos for over a month, but yet run 2 stories on a westerner being beheaded by fundies… it’s not right.
The iraqis are satisfied with the war the us won the outcome get over their own country they are taking over it liberal.
