Why will the Iraq war end up like this war from 33 years ago?

My vote counted. Outstanding! asked:

1975: Saigon surrenders:
The war in Vietnam ended today as the government in Saigon announced its unconditional surrender to North Vietnamese forces.
The President, Duong Van Minh, who has been in office for just three days, made the announcement in a radio broadcast to the nation early this morning. He asked his forces to lay down their arms and called on the North Vietnamese Army and Vietcong to halt all hostilities. ……………..Fast forward to 2008, Will the article be the same? Instead of Vietnam it will read USA will halt all hostilities against Iraq.

When America enters into a war without having a plan to achieve complete and unconditional surrender of the enemy, there is no way to win the battle and conflict and achieve complete victory on the battlefield! Korea and Viet Nam fit this bill, so does Iraq! When it becomes impossible to gain a complete victory due to the fact there is no government and they are just terrorist groups…they all must be eliminated to achieve victory! Iraq fits this bill! Eventually, something will and must give in Iraq! America cannot stay there forever, it is a foreign nation!

The poor grasp our students or defective system so that we fight in this country actually mean something significant just simply cannot believe that obtuse our government purposely designs ignorance into the education system but instead.
